These crostinis are sweet, salty & a little spicy. Tuna, brie, apple and hot honey atop sliced baguette will for sure be a hit at your next holiday gathering.
Ingredients
1 French or sourdough baguette
Brie cheese
1 Honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
Hot honey
1 (5oz) can of Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna
1-2 cups Pomegranate seeds
Fresh rosemary
Directions
Slice the baguette and smear each slice with the brie cheese.
Bake the baguette slices with the brie cheese at 350F for about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add on a VERY thin slice of red apple (my favorite is honey crisp), then drizzle with some hot honey.
Top each slice with a chunk of Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna.
Finish it off with some pomegranate seeds and fresh rosemary to tie it all together.
