Recipe by @kyriethefoodie

These traditional Onigiri showcase the simple elegance of Japanese rice balls, where perfectly seasoned short-grain rice becomes the canvas for flavorful fillings. This version is filled with Wild Planet's sustainable tuna and salmon, and mixed with creamy Goma dressing or kewpie mayo and pickled vegetables. The nori wrapper not only holds everything together but adds a subtle umami flavor that complements the rice. These portable, satisfying rice balls represent comfort food at its most fundamental level.

  3. Lay nori flat (rough side up, shiny side down), pointing down
  4. Place small handful of rice (⅓-½ cup) in center of nori triangle
  5. Add chosen filling directly on top of rice
  6. Fold bottom tip of triangle up to cover bottom part of onigiri
