Fishing for Change

Our Albacore Wild Tuna is 100% pole & line or troll caught. Nets are never used to catch our tuna. Why? We are on a mission to eliminate bycatch (when species are unintentionally caught in the process of fishing a targeted catch, then killed and discarded). Our sustainable fishing methods also protect juvenile fish so they can grow and reproduce.

From Catch to Can

We know exactly where our fish come from. We know the fishermen, boats and boat owners and our engagement continues when the boats are delivering the catch to the docks. Through our partnership with Trace Register, we are able to track each boatload of fish from the moment they reach the dock until they are delivered to your local store.

Absolutely incredible product. What an inspired idea. The taste is amazing, similar enough to chorizo to warrant the name, but different in a way that makes sense with the tuna. The touch of cinammon helps bring it all together. I've been eating it as a mix-in for salads.
