My husband eats sardines everyday and until now, I’ve always turned up my nose in disgust, but recently my doctor told me to get more calcium, so I started holding my nose and forcing them in. I was recently at Whole Foods and decided to give the Wild Planet ... olive oil and lemon ones a whirl Wow, these are actually delicious!!! I am in shock that I like them and can’t believe that I am looking forward to trying the other varieties, especially the marinara ones. Thank you, Wild Planet, I am a convert!

COULD NOT BE ANY BETTER! These sardines are my FAVORITE! Love the hint of lemon and LOVE that you leave the skin & bones!! (I LOVE that our Walmart carries them too! Small town, not a lot of shopping options!) THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

These taste so great . I love to buy more. I used to buy fresh sardines from whole foods. They dont carry any more. Looks like this is the best option going forward and they have good amount of EPA and DHA

I love sardines and don’t eat them often. I’m new to WILD PLANET, so I had the sardines w/EVOO and lemon and it was amazing. I topped some grain free almond crackers and it was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to try the tuna and salmon next!

I never thought I'd be one to like sardines, much less write a review on them, but they are so yummi and amazing. If you hate seafood and fish, I encourage you to give these sardines a try. They taste light and are very healthy. Lots of ... vitamins & minerals, lots of protein and healthy fats, and they taste good, too! I began eating sardines after a brain injury, after being told by my doctors that eating fish would help my brain heal. Over a year later and I have healed faster and more completely than my doctors ever expected. I'd like to think that sardines might have had something to do with it. :)

I've always loved sardines, ever since I was a young 'un when I would have them in the marinara sauce on toast. But they slipped off the menu for many years until I rediscovered these lil beauties in my local Earth Fare. I had been eating the tuna ... from Wild Planet (which I also LOVE) but had a hankering for the sardines. They didn't have the ones in marinara sauce so I chose these with the lemon. Oh boy! I opened the can (ring pulls are awesome) and grabbed a fork. I stabbed the fat lil fishy and popped it into my mouth.....heaven! Perfectly tasty with the added bite of the lemon and I am hooked! I get quite cranky when they sell out of my lemon sardines so beware!

It was essential that I start adding more fish to my diet after the birth of our first child. I LOVE these sardines & now have a way to get the nutrients needed to improve the quality of breastmilk for our little one. The lemon flavored is great with ... brown rice, spinach & a little diced avocado. Nom, Nom...

I've always steered clear of little fish foods like sardines and anchovies, etc. because they smelled "fishy" and looked unappealing. However, the nutritional science had convinced me to give these a try so I purchased two cans of the sardines in oil with lemon. I sandwiched them between toasted slices ... of whole grain rye and found then totally delightful both in terms of taste and texture! I've been eating these in this manner several times per week for the past month and have lost 12 pounds of fat off of my tummy, my blood pressure has lowered to a safe level, and my recent blood work shows dramatic improvements in my cholesterols and triglycerides, so my primary care physician is considering taking me off of two medications (a savings that I can now direct towards the purchase of more sardines, LOL!) I'd have made this move years ago had I known the results would be so impressive! THANKS WILD PLANET!

Best sardines ever! They taste great and are really good with hot sauce (no joke). One of my best friends loves them too. The pull tab makes if convenient to take to the gym too. Amazing amount of protein in such a small tin. :)
