    Wow the others are good but the quinoa is amazing

    The quinoa absorbs the oil so you don't need lettuce or rice to go with. I usually eat the other flavors on a nice bed of romaine, which is also very nice.

    This, that and The Others

    I love this latest addition to Wild Planet’s ready-to-eat salads. Did I say salad? Okay, yes, you can eat it plain, you can plop it onto salad greens, so it is a salad. But you can also plop it onto cooked rice (I prefer brown, short-grain, but you do you), heat the whole thing up in the microwave for a whole, delicious meal. I also top it with veggies sautéed in olive oil and garlic. Then you really have a completely balanced meal, and now there are enough varieties for almost a week’s worth of one-dish meals. A true lazy woman’s delight.
