I have always liked sardines in mustard sauce. Tried a few other "sauces" but didn't care for them. Tried these, WOW, hands down the best sardines I've ever eaten!
  • polly

The best! This is the second time I've ordered a 12-can pack.
  • marvin dawkins

    Top quality best sardines!!!
  • Ron Long

I just discovered Wild Planet Sardines 9 months ago and enjoy them at least twice a week for my lunch...I like them with pepperonis and plain ol' crackers...And a nice cold beer....Not only delicious, but a key part of my diet that helped me lose 50 lbs. quickly and deliciously!
  • Marty

    Delicious! Love these.
  • Ben

I love these sardines. I never thought I would like sardines...but after educating myself more on nutrition over the past couple years I wanted to give them a shot for the health benefits. Fun/colorful branding makes them stick out on the shelf. Well, luckily I like them! So much good ... nutrition to not make a daily part of my diet!

Why don’t you process in U S? I don’t know about the standards inThailand and what is sustainable caught vs wild caught?
    • Customer Service

It is Wild Planet’s mission not only to produce sustainable seafood, helping our oceans to thrive, but to produce that seafood at a cost which the average family can afford. To accomplish this, we have elected to process our albacore and skipjack tuna, sardines, yellowtail, mackerel and anchovies in state-of-the-art ... partner facilities in Vietnam, Thailand, Morocco, Ecuador and occasionally Peru. Each of these canneries is required to meet international sanitation and worker welfare standards, and they are audited by a third-party to ensure continued compliance. When possible we partner with U.S. canneries. Wild Planet Sockeye and Pink Salmon are canned in Alaska, near the fisheries, and Wild Planet Organic Roasted Chicken Breast is canned in Georgia, near the sustainable family farms where the chickens are raised.

I'm a 71 year old recovering redneck, grew up eating cheap sardines and loved them. Thought I'd died and gone to heaven when I discovered Wild Planet.
  • Lisa Coggins

Excellent! Love all the products, I’ve experienced thru this company. Would try many, to all products. Appreciated.Thank you.
  • Sarah Wong

I used to dislike sardines from bad childhood memory of sardines tasted like. But this is amazing! I haven't eaten any sardines for over 30+ yrs till now!
  • Danny emerson

The size seem larger than most packed from other companies and the flavor is less fishy
  • Antoinio

Enjoy straight out of the can. Drink the olive oil when consuming the fish.

Just got my 24 pack Sardines. I am used to buying Sardines from Costco season brand. I got these because I want sardines with skin and bone and from a sustainably caught company. They have skin but not bone but very fresh . I will continue to buy them here.
  • Kyrsten

Fry it in the oil it comes in, add a little soy sauce and eat over rice. So good! Or wrap it in seaweed with vinegar rice for a quick sushi meal.
  • Karl Jones

    Very good
  • Sarah choudhary

I fry cut 5 to 6 cloves of garlic and add sardines one can. Fry for 5 min and add fresh lemon juice over it. Fry for a min and add in salad or sandwich or as u want to eat. its awesome. I use mix green and ... no sauce needed.

    Good product!!!
  • Marlene Freid

My wife and I are in Week 3 of eating Ketogenic diets to help support her as she goes thru chemotherapy. I picked up sardines for me and your albacore tuna for her. Haven't had sardines since I was a kid. These are fantastic! Only wish ... sardines weren't so stinky, as my cubicle smells like the fishing boat just capsized. LOL! Oh well, great lunch and packed w/ nutrients.

  • maria

Surprisingly delicious! To me, they taste more like a really good piece of salmon. Perfectly seasoned, too.
  • Brian

I eat them with tomatoes for lunch. Save me a lot of money. The only thing I don't like is it's very salty.
  • Matt

Try them with Crystal Hot Sauce, it’s amazing,
  • Sharon

I bought a box yesterday at Costco because they did not have King Oscar. Wild Planet sardines are the best ever. I eat at least three cans of sardines a week. I will stock up on Wild Planet while the getting is good. Delicious, great portions and price.
  • Anthony

These are great covered in hot sauce. I also heard about Wild Planet on the Joe Rogan podcast with Dr. Dom. These are the best sardines I've eaten and I've had many brands. I ordered Albacore tuna as well. The tuna is very good, but the sardines ... are my favorite of the two.

  • Kenneth

Thanks Dr. Dom! Wild planet has changed the way I fuel my keto life. These sardines are perfect for on the go and so filling. Keep it up Wild Planet!
  • Scott

Love these. Heard about them on the Joe Rogan pod cast with Dom D'Agostino talking about the keto diet.
  • Scott Beaudry

These are excellent and the quality is consistently good. They are my go to for omega 3s, sustainable and delicious!
  • inky1

Super delicious snack with a squirt of lemon, a dash of tabasco, or a dollop of grainy mustard into the can. Savory, light, and tastier than tuna fish.
  • Jim

I eat at least 3 or 4 cans per week, usually right out of the can they're so delicious. Lately however I've been eating them Mediterranean-style: I'll toast some good bread, rub the crusty toast with garlic, then rub a sliced open tomato onto it, then put the sardine (or ... mackerel) on top. Addicted! Wild Planet is my go to brand, by far the best. Always disappointed if I can't find them.

I used to get my omega 3 through capsules, but these Sardines have the best Omega 3 source which assimilates in your body much faster! Throw in the Protein, Calcium, Phosphorous, Iron, B12, Calcium, Vitamin D, and Selenium, and you have a Power - packed Snack which is more delicious ... Than an Unhealthy Cheeseburger. Everyone here Mentions Costco as there Source, But I have mine Purchased on Amazon at a great price delivered right on my Doorstep. If you aren't eating these, you are doing something wrong!

  • Billy Simons

I've never been a sardine-eater. Read about these in Tools of Titans (Ferriss, 2016) and tried them out. They are my everyday snack between breakfast and lunch. Love them.
  • Derrick

This brand is Perfect! Thank you for your sustainable practices, and delicious fish.
  • Pete

The best on the market. Our oceans are in a precarious state, and this company leads the way in sustainability and good stewardship.
  • Mary Pace

Fabulous alternative to beef, pork, and chicken. I can see an improvement in my health after only a few days of eating them. I will be eating them for lunch everyday,
  • Brad

The best! Even my young grandchildren love these. If you think you don't like sardines, try them. They are more like smoked salmon. I buy 18 at a time at Costco. And thanks for the sustainability.
  • Stan

What more can I add to all the other 5-star reviews. I CAN say that they are telling the truth. My story is like the rest...I tried them and instantly knew I had a keeper. They taste great, fresh, wonderful mouth feel... You HAVE to try these if you like ... sardines. Beware though...you WILL get hooked. Now I'm off to find a 12-pack like another poster did. Good luck finding YOURS!

  • Freddie Mack

I will be trying them out!!!
  • I. stoneberger

  • William Ross

I am a sardine fanatic. I've been extremely happy with the King Oscar brand but I tried these on a lark and found them even more delicious. They have a buttery melt-in-your-mouth, can't stop eating them, thing going. Love 'em.
  • Eric Epstein

These are the best sardines I've eaten! I wish there were an easy way to encourage fish-fearful people to try these. I'm sure they would become instant converts! These are a very satisfying alternative to fast 'food.'
  • Ryan

These sardines are absolutely awesome. I wasn't sure I would like sardines very much, but in looking for a quick and easy, yet sustainable seafood option, I decided that I had to give them a try. I chose Wild Planet because of their exceptional ratings and reviews by ocean-stewardship organizations, ... and am so thankful that in this case sustainable also means premium-quality here. I fell in love with these sardines at first bite. Since my first can, I've all but bought out my local grocer and have now ordered a 12 can stockpile to keep on hand. Thank you Wild Planet!

  • Jaclyn

By far the best sardines that I have ever had!!!
  • Dave

Love these! Sampled at Costco (on a Triscuit) and bought a box on the spot. Best canned fish ever. Extra virgin olive oil makes all the difference. Big tasty portions; a can and crackers makes a super tasty and healthy lunch or snack.
  • Sylvia

Love love love these sardines. Brought back from a trip to Florida. Better than any others I've tasted. My only complaint is not being able to find them in Ontario Canada. Would love if my local Costco had them. I'm about to run out.....
  • Dean

    My favorite!
  • Kerri

Made sandwiches. Had one can bumble bee sardines in mustard sauce and a can of the wild sardines in extra virgin olive oil. The bumble bee can was pretty much mush I couldn't split them they fell apart. Then I opened the wild sardines, I was in shock at how ... BIG they were! It was like a whale in a can.

  • Johana

So scrumptious and what I love is their convenience! While everyone is running for a 30 minute unhealthy lunchtime burger, I run with the fish and open me a can of whoop *8s so healthy better 4 me! I am a mermaid...gotta have me these sardines.
  • Michelle Hertz

Excellent! Tried a sample at Costcos in Ga, and my son and I have been hooked on these! Yum. Yum.
  • Woody

Purchased these Sardines at Costco and returned for more the very next day. You cannot find nutrition this good, makes for a perfect quick snack. Very very awesome!
